Let’s be honest…
Life’s essential skills often go untaught.
You aspire to own land.
You dream of a home.
You long for a lifestyle that reflects your values!
But sometimes, it all feels so… unattainable.
You’ve witnessed others take this journey — brave souls who now enjoy a balanced life closer to nature.
Yet, you know it can’t be easy…
…countless hours of research.
…tons of stress figuring out everything and where to start.
…a lot of money as you make mistake after mistake.
If you could meet that mentor RIGHT NOW, would you ask them to teach you?
If they offered you a LIVE step-by-step course, would you be excited to start today?
Lastly, imagine sharing this journey with others just like you…
Friends. Accountability. Peer support. Networking.
Gain community.
Let’s introduce you to your mentor and community.
Then show you the course that will change your life.
(This is our 100% guarantee… Or we give your money back).
I cannot express how excited I am to have you here.
Like you, I wanted a home, property, and lifestyle I could be proud of.
No one gave me the knowledge or skills to get that.
Not my parents, not 17 years of the education system, not society.
In 2009, I started my career as a professional teacher and started asking myself, “Was the school system preparing people for life on earth?”. I didn’t think so.
So I had to go and get it for myself.
I learned from others, lived it, and helped thousands do the same.
I have built my own off-grid house, created dozens of edible landscapes, helped clients around the world, and even started a school for sustainable living with U.N. support.
Today, I know what you and I are capable of.
We can create resilient homes, flourishing properties, and a lifestyle we are proud of.
As a teacher, I knew I could help others.
So they didn’t have to learn for 15 years like I did.
But I needed a platform…
A hub and community where we could learn and grow together…
Welcome to Attainable Sustainable Academy.
…But wait… what did I do for those 15 years??
What? You weren’t satisfied with that short version of my story?? 🙂
So in 2009, sustainable living grew and grew as a passion of mine, until I decided it was time to leave the safety of my job, abandon my career path, and commit to living a life in accordance with my own values. Yikes!
First, I needed a curriculum I believed in. I got certified as a designer in sustainable living—in a field called “Permaculture”. Then, I travelled the world, seeking the best teachers I could find, and finally became an accredited International Permaculture Instructor.
Along the way, I built numerous homes, installed edible landscapes, and started a school for Permaculture in Barbados. (An amazing journey! With government and United Nations support we trained over 100 “agro-prenuers” to help their sustainable economy.)
Second, I needed to walk the talk in my own life. I got to work and designed and built my own tiny house. I got off the grid, started growing my own food, and helped create edible landscapes for private clients, schools, and even cities.
Third, I wanted to help as many people as possible.
I started running workshops live across the country.
When COVID happened, I wanted to reach MORE people, not less.
So, I filmed my workshops and even made a YouTube show where we built and gave away a house for free.
But along this whole professional career, I noticed 1 secret ingredient was missing.
Every student, every client, every project…
…they all struggled to find long-term success.
Everyone was lacking 1 secret ingredient…
Community.
As a producer, designer, and teacher, I needed to create a home base for “my people”.
A safe place where we could gather, support each other, and continue to learn how to dramatically improve the quality of our lives, create and improve our properties, and attain true sustainability.
Welcome to Attainable Sustainable Academy.
I wholeheartedly encourage you to sign up, join us in learning and community, and start living a happier, healthier, more abundant, sustainable life today.
See you inside,
Kenton Zerbin
Founder of Attainable Sustainable Academy
Here at Attainable Sustainable Academy, we are on a journey together to create our homes, enjoy abundance, and be the change we want to see in the world.
Our community is about:
LIVE education. (But record it in case you miss a class.)
GROUP wisdom. (We are all able to share our progress.)
SELF-EMPOWERMENT. (Gain confidence. Take action.)
The most impactful way we help our community is our flagship course…
“The Sustainable Home & Property Course”.
As a community, we have 4 unique ways for you to connect.
We also have a secret vision that you are a part of…
Oh, you want to learn more do you? 😉
Well we like to reward “clickers” who care.
Lets start by sharing how this community ROCKS!
First off, we use a learning platform built for community building.
We paid to remove the ads and to own the keys. (You get one!)
Second, we designed the space inside to be like a REAL Academy.
It’s kinda like Hogwarts. But for people like you.
There are places inside dedicated to learning, social spaces, private rooms.
You even have your own “room” which acts like your profile.
Third, we bring in guest speakers, events, and community engagement.
You are going to learn so much and make friends from all over the world.
Fourth, here at the Academy we believe in supporting others.
We provide sponsorship programs that our grads and staff fund.
And about that vision we mentioned…?
We are going to change the world.
Let’s replace the education system with one that actually prepares us for life.
We are changing the world, one person, one property, one community at a time.
For anyone who wants a self-sufficient home, an abundant property, and a resilient lifestyle they are proud of.
Learn how to create edible landscapes, live off-grid comfortably, and become self-sufficient through live group coaching calls, hands-on projects, accountability, and engaging video lectures.
At the end of the course, you’ll walk away with a personalized roadmap to your badass sustainable life.
Even if you’re a total newbie at permaculture, off-grid living, and sustainability, you’ll never feel overwhelmed. I’ll walk you through the whole process step-by-step.
Sustainable IS Attainable!
You and your peers will learn together at the same pace. This helps keep you accountable, motivated, and connected.
Get direct access to a team of expert teachers. Ask all your burning questions and get feedback. Lectures are recorded too!

I’m confident in the transformative power of this course, but it’s crucial that you feel it’s the right fit for YOU.
This is why I’m giving away a sneak peek into day 1 of the course; it’s an opportunity to ensure that committing 12 weeks of your life to this program—and, let’s be honest, to listening to my voice—feels absolutely right for you.
After all, we want this journey to be enlightening, not a test of endurance (though my jokes might be).
Then we highly recommend you reserve your seat today.
If you do, you get priority to register before anyone else.
It’s a LIVE course with limited seats.
In the first week of the course, become your very own permaculture designer. See your world with a new lens so you can spot potential in ANY property and understand how to make it come to fruitition (pun intended!).
Learn to make maps so you can wisely work with your land. Harmonize with the sun, wind, and water. Learn how to survey solutions, see your land with a godlike view, and make decisions like a general.
Learn how to become ridiculously efficient with water, and make it work for you. You’ll learn how to capture water from roof, land, and your house. Use your water 6 times instead of paying 6 times!
No regenerative rebel wants to live in a “normie” house! Learn how to make a super home that is efficient, resilient, and cozy, no matter where you live. We cover it all – from design and construction to renovation solutions.
Understand how the guts of your house work and how to make it even better. We cover water, power, heat, and waste, then how to back-up each system so you have peace of mind, security, and proud comfort.
Learn the basics to grow your own food including a crash course in botany, gardening, and more. Get vital tips and a fascinating history lesson how both gardens and civilizations flourish or collapse.
This week, you’ll learn about perennial food systems–food that grows back every year on its own. Perennials are the hero of any permaculture system because they require less work and maintenance than annuals. You’ll also learn about wild food foraging and hunting.
Ditch chemical fertilizer for good! Learn how to turn ANY kind of organic “waste” into “black gold”. Create home composting systems that produces nutrient-rich soil so you can grow nutritious fruit & veg organically. (You don’t HAVE to compost your poop but I’ll teach you how. )
Birds, insects, and animals aren’t pests–they’re essential! Learn how to attract animals to pollinate, control pests, and fertilize. You’ll learn how to create bat and bird houses, how to attract bees, how to create “bug hotels”, and how to keep chickens, and even design larger animals on your property.
Community can help you divide the workload, share the abundance, and create resilience & emergency preparedness. It can also boost your mental health. Learn the value of community, strategies for strengthening community, and models for creating one.
This week, you get a live masterclass with a surprise guest speaker on a topic chosen by your group. You’ll also get a chance to ask questions during the bonus Q&A session at the end.
You did it! This week, you graduate and get your certificate of completion. You’ll tie everything together that you’ve learned into an actionable plan so you can bring your dream to reality. You’ll set realistic goals, learn tips, & network.
Sustainable is attainable.
Your dream home, property, and lifestyle are closer than you think.

A: I got my permaculture design certificate with Rob Avis, then did an internship in Australia under Geoff Lawton, a heavyweight in the permaculture world (and HE studied under Bill Mollison, the guy who started permaculture!). After that, I got certified as a Permaculture Teacher under the Permaculture Research Institute and started a permaculture school in Barbados, where I trained over 100 permaculture designers. I’ve since done 150+ consultations and designs for private clients and government bodies, and mentored over 1600 students. When it comes to off-grid living, I draw on my own experiences of living in a tiny home that I designed and built myself. I’ve students around the world who have built their own homes, created inspiring landscapes, and even gone on to become designers and teachers. I have also created over a dozen edible landscapes for clients including personal homesteads, city gathering spaces and schools, and First Nations reserves.
A: I designed this course to keep you engaged and awake! My live calls don’t feel like stuffy university lectures. I crack jokes, ask open questions to the group, use a special software called Prezi to make engaging visuals, and give you hands-on assignments. I am a passionate and professional teacher who wants to provide you as much value, and engage you, as much as I can.
A: The biggest thing that makes ASA unique is how we train you to be a generalist so you understand how everything works and goes together. This holistic learning give you a lens to understand your world, how it works, and how you can then work within it.
Most courses out there either focus on theory OR practical application. We give you both. You learn design AND practical skills and knowledge for every day living including off-grid living, food production, waste management, water management, and more.
A: No… not yet 🙂 This is our flagship course and to make is accessible and easier to complete, it is only 36 hours. We already have future courses under development that graduates can take to become certified Teachers and Permaculture Designers. With 72 hours, we can give you a Permaculture Design Certificate.
A: Let’s make sure you have all the information before you take this exciting big step in your life!
P.s. DONT BE SHY! If you have a question, likely 20 others have the same question. Kenton will directly get back to you. And then he might get me (your trusty website builder) to put the question here in the Q&A section! So ask away.

We now have clear steps to realizing our property vision and a place to start. Kenton is a patient teacher and I'm so grateful for his expert help. I highly recommend you learn from him.
I don’t really want to give 5 stars, because that signifies perfection, but I am! Kenton is passionate, engaging, and easy to follow. Thank you for stoking what has smouldered in my mind for quite a while now.
Kenton made us feel like we deserve this dream, and we can do it! We can change our lives for the better and heal the earth around us. It is rare to find someone who just fits into your plans in a bigger way than you could have EVER IMAGINED! With GREAT LOVE and GRATITUDE
Kenton will make you evaluate what is important to YOU, and then show you how to design your own solutions. That skill is invaluable. At the end of the course, you will not only have your best solution and a mentor, but a colleague and friend!
In the face of uncertain times, I saw the need to change my life, so I took Kenton's course. I learned things you didn't even know you needed to know for my house design, utilities... even legalities! Add in Kenton's sense of humor, his wealth of knowledge, and abundant passion, and you got yourself a pretty damn good time!! I wholeheartedly recommend him.
I first took Kenton's workshops on edible landscaping. They were informative, inspiring, and honestly, life-changing. Then I designed my own 100% edible landscape then turned my design into reality. His courses literally changed my life.
