You’ve witnessed others successfully embark on this journey—those intrepid individuals who embraced homesteading, permaculture, off-grid living, and a life filled with adventure. Their stories serve as beacons of possibility, making the dream appear effortlessly achievable. Yet, your intuition hints at the underlying challenges.
Your readiness to invest both physically and financially in this dream is unwavering, but certainty in your direction is paramount. You yearn for a guide, a roadmap that offers success without the detours of trial and error, financial setbacks, and wasted effort.
But not just anyone –someone who actually lives the life you desire.
Someone who's already been through the trial-and-error of sustainable living, who’ll help you avoid wrong-turns and expensive mistakes.
Someone who’ll give you hands-on training and keep you accountable.
Someone who’s honest and isn’t going to sugarcoat the road ahead.
You can find plenty of information on buying property, planting an edible forest, or living off-grid with a simple internet search.
However, this can be risky because a sea of information without wisdom on how to apply it can lead you astray.
For countless enthusiastic property owners, the dream of sustainable living can turn into a costly nightmare.
The reason? Purchasing the wrong piece of land.
These individuals invest substantial sums only to discover that their chosen property resides in a fire or flood-prone zone, offers inadequate sun exposure, soil quality, or water access, or comes burdened with restrictive regulations.
The cornerstone of your sustainable living dream is the selection of the right property.
In the initial section of my course, I place immense importance on this critical step.
Drawing from my vast experience working with clients across diverse properties and climates worldwide, I offer unique insights to guide you.
The Sustainable Home & Property Course empowers you to not only find the right property but also to design a low-maintenance edible forest, adapt to comfortable off-grid living, and achieve self-sufficiency.
Through live group coaching, hands-on projects, and engaging video lectures, I ensure you leave with a personalized roadmap to your sustainable life.
Sustainable living isn’t just a distant dream; it’s a tangible reality. By the end of this course, you’ll not only possess the knowledge but also the practical guidance to embark on your sustainable journey.
Whether you’re a newcomer to permaculture, off-grid living, or sustainability, rest assured that I’ll be your expert guide, ensuring that you never feel overwhelmed.
You and your peers will learn together at the same pace. This helps keep you accountable, motivated, and connected.

Get ready to use your hands! Complete weekly assignments, like your own property map and a compost system.
In the first week of the course, become your very own permaculture designer. See your world with new lens so you can spot potential in ANY property and understand how to make it come to fruitition (pun intended!).
Learn to make maps so you can wisely work with your land. Harmonize with the sun, wind, and water. Learn how to survey solutions, see your land with a godlike view, and make decisions like a general.
Learn how to become ridiculously efficient with water, and make it work for you. You’ll learn how to capture water from roof, land, and your house. Use your water 6 times instead of paying 6 times!
No regenerative rebel wants to live in a “normie” house! Learn how to make a super home that is efficient, resilient, and cozy, no matter where you live. We cover it all – from design and construction to renovation solutions.
Understand how the guts of your house work and how to make it even better. We cover water, power, heat, and waste, then how to back-up each system so you have peace of mind, security, and proud comfort.
Learn the basics to grow your own food including a crash course in botany, gardening, and more. Get vital tips and a fascinating history lesson how both gardens and civilizations flourish or collapse.
This week, you’ll learn about perennial food systems–food that grows back every year on its own. Perennials are the hero of any permaculture system because they require less work and maintenance than annuals. You’ll also learn about wild food foraging and hunting.
Ditch chemical fertilizer for good! Learn how to turn ANY kind of organic “waste” into “black gold”. Create home composting systems that produces nutrient-rich soil so you can grow nutritious fruit & veg organically. (You dont HAVE to compost your poop but I’ll teach you. )
Birds, insects, and animals aren’t pests–they’re essential! Learn how to attract animals to pollinate, pest control, and fertilize. You’ll learn how to create bat and bird houses, how to attract bees, how to create “bug hotels”, and how to keep chickens, and even design larger animals into your property.
Community can help you divide the workload, share the abundance, and create resilience & emergency preparedness. It can also boost your mental health. Learn the value of community, strategies for strengthening community, and models for creating one.
This week, you get a live masterclass with a surprise guest speaker on a topic chosen by your group. You’ll also get a chance to ask questions during the bonus Q&A session at the end.
You did it! This week, you graduate and get your certificate of completion. You’ll tie everything together that you’ve learned into an actionable plan so you can bring your dream to reality. You’ll set realistic goals, learn tips, & network.
A lot of sustainably-conscious people want to live according to their values and feel proud of their impact. But modern life makes it near-impossible...
But there’s another way. I’m living proof.
I live debt-free in an off-grid house I built. I grow my own food. I work by choice, not necessity. I invest in myself, helping others, and travel.
You can have my life, too.
I created The Sustainable Home & Property Program because too many people want to live sustainably, but don’t know where to start.
If you follow my teachings and do the hard work, you can:
Because we worked with Kenton, we now have clear steps to realizing our vision and a place to start. Kenton is a patient teacher and I'm so grateful for his expert help. I highly recommend you learn from him.
I don’t really want to give 5 stars, because that signifies perfection, but I am! Kenton is passionate, engaging, and easy to follow. Thank you for stoking what has smouldered in my mind for quite a while now.
Kenton made us feel like we deserve this dream, and we can do it! We can change our lives for the better and heal the earth around us. It is rare to find someone who just fits into your plans in a bigger way than you could have EVER IMAGINED! With GREAT LOVE and GRATITUDE
Kenton will make you evaluate what is important to YOU, and then show you how to design your own solutions. That skill is invaluable. At the end of the course, you will not only have your best solution and a mentor, but a colleague and friend!
In the face of uncertain times, I saw the need to change my life, so I took Kenton's course. I learned things you didn't even know you needed to know for my house design, utilities... even legalities! Add in Kenton's sense of humor, his wealth of knowledge, and abundant passion, and you got yourself a pretty damn good time!! I wholeheartedly recommend him.
I first took Kenton's workshops on edible landscaping. They were informative, inspiring, and honestly, life-changing. Then I designed my own 100% edible landscape then turned my design into reality. His courses literally changed my life.

A: I got my permaculture design certificate in Australia under Geoff Lawton, a heavyweight in the permaculture world (and HE studied under Bill Mollison, the guy who started permaculture!). After that, I started a permaculture school in Barbados, where I trained over 100 permaculture designers. I’ve since done tons of consulting for private clients and government bodies, and I’ve personally mentored hundreds of people. When it comes to off-grid living, I draw on my own experiences of living in a tiny home that I designed and built myself. I’ve taught hundreds of students how to make their own tiny homes.
A: I designed this course to keep you engaged and awake! My live calls don’t feel like stuffy university lectures. They feel more like a casual get-together with friends. I crack jokes, ask open questions to the group, use visuals in my lectures, and give you hands-on assignments.
A: Yes! You have the option of paying in 3 equal monthly payments. Proceed to the next page to pick the payment option that best suits you.
A: The biggest thing that makes ASA unique is how deep we go into finding the right property. Most courses in the permaculture, homesteading & off-grid realm skip this step or don’t go deep enough. Choosing the wrong property can be disastrous, which is why I spend so much time on helping you find the right property.
Apart from that, my permaculture course doesn’t just cover permaculture. I teach a lot of skills that permaculture enthusiasts need to thrive: off-grid living, efficient energy, waste management, water management, and more.
A: Yes! If you complete the assignments & the final project, you’ll get a printer-friendly certificate of completion signed by me at the end of the 12 weeks.
