We now have clear steps to build our retreat center. Kenton is a patient teacher and I’m so grateful for his expert help. I highly recommend working with him.

Congratulations, you just made a potentially life changing decision and you’re in the right place!
The joy I experienced offering these teachings has been transformational for both me and my students.
Now after working with a variety of humans, I’m seeing many of those students actually buying land, living on their new land, growing food, and bringing it to life.
I’m excited to get to see you doing the same.
But why wait another 2 weeks?
I can only offer this enrolment to a limit of 30 students because it includes live classes and personalized help from me so I can only serve so many people at once.
And yes, you have reserved a spot to be notified early, but you still have to be on top of it when the doors officially open for enrolment.
We’ll probably have around 300+ people reserving their spot, so we’ll notify you early, but you may need to be at your computer or phone ready to buy it right away.
But you’ve made it this far! So here’s the good news…
I want to make sure you’re rewarded for being an action taker.
So I’m going to let the first 15 people pay their official tuition right now and you get early access to the whole thing.
At the time of this writing 2 of the 15 spots have already been taken. And I update this page every morning, so it’s likely a couple more have already sold.
So if you want it, you can get it right now ahead of the crowd.
I’ll even take the $1 you paid to reserve your spot off the price.

I hired Kenton as my landscaping coach. Together we designed and installed my urban homestead. My whole front yard is now food! Don’t miss out having his brain, hands, and moral support. Invaluable!

First I took Kenton’s course and then I hired him as my consultant. We reviewed my house project and he gave me invaluable advice on design, construction, utilities… even legalities I didn’t know to ask about.

From overwhelming to inspired! The sense of pride I feel from taking a chance, going for it, and hiring Kenton is an emotional memory I will never forget! It started with a phone call, and next he was on an airplane to help us start our property. Kenton is a gift to anyone who has the joy of meeting him to expand their property and change the world one property and person at a time.
