Q: How can I best prepare for our consult?
Bring lots of questions! Be prepared to talk about your goals, big and small. Advise and design follows clear objectives.
Q: How does the consulting process go?
After you purchase your consulting package, I will send you a link to book your preferred time for our first meeting. The first meeting we go over you, your goals, your wants and needs. This will allow me to analyze how best to help you. Next, we will go into an education and suggestion session. Lastly, we will go over any specific questions you have and I will give you recommendations to act on for our next meeting. The second session can be scheduled at the end of the 1st and it will focus on a specific area you need help with (ex. solar, composting, water collection) and any further questions to help move your project forward.
Q: What if I want to hire you for my team?
All my clients start with a consultation so both of us can learn if we are a fit for an ongoing working relationship. Options for follow-up include: retainer packages, on-site consultations, full landscape designs, and project management.
Q: What if I need to cancel my consultation/coaching session?
Life happens! No hard feelings. Cancel within 24 hours of our session and you can reschedule free of charge.
